This is a pretty and nutritious salad to serve in personal-size glass dishes. Kids can even help make their own. We love the color combination for a Spring or Summer salad.
Ingredients:
Watercress or other greens
Slaw mix
Shredded carrots
Cherry tomatoes
Quinoa, cooked
Strawberries
Dressing of choice
What to Do:
Arrange layers of salad ingredients in small layers, using clear glass containers. We started with greens, quinoa, tomato, slaw, carrots and ended with slaw.
Top with strawberry and serve with an assortment of dressings.
